Aquaponics
Aquaponics is a sustainable food production system that combines plant cultivation and fish farming. This first project is led by our expert from Martinique in this field and is aimed at developing a pilot demo farm project to showcase the potential of aquaponics as a sustainable approach to fish farming in synergy with agro-ecology approaches.This project brings together experts from Cote d’Ivoire, France, Switzerland & UK to provide the necessary support and make it successful before it is deployed throughout the country.

Swiss-Africa Tennis 4 for All Schools
Making Tennis accessible to all kids is the purpose of this project by enhancing the technical skills of physical education teachers in schools so that all kids who wish to enjoy the experience of playing with a tennis ball can do it and provide the opportunity for those who dream of becoming a tennis talent and represent their country on the continent is possible. Centre for Music, Art & Culture
Inspired by the two projects from two brothers and a seasoned singer in Camp Le Vieux, LCPA has been providing advice and accompanying those artists in the development of their respective project. Those three projects shall be under an umbrella initiative dedicated to the development of an ecological construction of a Community Centre for Music, Art and Culture for the kids, teens, adults and the elderly. Committed to transforming the life and the experience of the kids and to unveil their talents and all persons in the community, LCPA is very enthusiastic at supporting this cultural project and to bring to the community a space and a place where music and arts can be taught to all through learning and sharing by the experienced ones and where local events are made accessible and talents are recognised for their creative work. Through cultural activities, it will be an opportunity to fundraise for the communities and support their projects which is at the heart of LCPA’s Goals.

Road Safety Education
The « Ecole de la Route « is an initiative led by Dominique Gouvernayre since 2021 which is targeted for educating both the car drivers on the danger they are exposed and at the schools level to sensitize the kids as well on the safety rules they must pay particular attention to as young pedestrians and future drivers in their own life. LCPA is supporting this project so that « Ecole de la Route « can achieve its goals is to eradicate road accidents and bring it down to zero by 2030. LCPA shall provide the necessary funding and human resources through its local champions so that this initiative can be expanded to the whole country and replicated in other countries as needed and appropriate.
